Swami Aaron’s Musings on Consciousness- Part 4

Sutra 41:

Consciousness has the power to becoming whatever you can think of. Whatever concept you feed to the consciousness, the consciousness will provide you with that.

Sutra 42:

When you are mindful of your breathing and movements of breath, the beginning, middle and end of the breath, the breath body is seen clearly as breath body. Mindfulness is seen as mindfulness, knowledge as knowledge. All attachments with mindfulness, knowledge or body disappear. A total equanimity develops and this equanimity is the basis for true Samadhi.

Sutra 43:

Visualize your mind attached with your breath. Now as you breathe in or out, your mind too moves along with your breath.

Sutra 44:

When you focus your attention on your chakra and central meridian, energy is drawn there causing the experience of peace and emptiness.

Sutra 45:

When we are within mundane mind, we see everything through the filter of memory, judgment, biases, likings, disliking etc; everything is actually second hand and stale. 

Sutra 46:

Body is a gross mind and mind is a subtle body.

Sutra 47:

Anger always occurs together with mental pain. Anger can produce only unwholesome action.

Sutra 48:

Consciousness in purest form is love and love in purest form is pure consciousness.

Sutra 49:

Mindfulness itself is the cause of mindfulness.

Sutra 50:

When Pure consciousness vibrates into form, External world develops.
