Swami Aaron’s Musings on Consciousness- Part 5

Sutra 51:

Cause and effect relationship is the expression of outer reality. In fact, cause and effect both exist simultaneously.

Sutra 52:

In the state of higher awareness, observer and observed, both become the one reality. 

Sutra 53:

Witnessing is the greatest spiritual practice which takes one to the Absolute Truth, to Buddha’s Void, Vedantist’s Brahmin, to the Pure Consciousness.

Witnessing means knowing without interpretation, knowing with equanimity.

Sutra 54:

Worshiping and prayer can never take you to God, because it takes you to duality.

Sutra 55:

Time is the reflection of unconscious mind. Time and mind are inseparable. Similarly, Consciousness and Now are inseparable.

Sutra 56:

A mind in perfect peace is a mind illumined by God.

Sutra 57:

Love, joy and peace are the reflection of deep state of Being. They happen when we transcend mind.

Sutra 58:

All emotions are modification of one primordial, undifferentiated emotion that has its origin in the loss of awareness of who you are beyond your name and form.

Sutra 59:

Ego mind has always has a craving because it is far from wholeness. That’s why ego mind always seeks something or the other.

Sutra 60:

Die before you die and find that there is no death.
