1. They must have their own laptop/desktop with good quality internet connection.
2. They must have a smartphone for communication and scheduling sessions.
3. They must have a quiet, private space suitable for one-on-one or group online coaching sessions.
4. They must use good quality wired earphones or headphones with microphone for clear communication.

QUALIFICATION FOR LIFE COACH JOB

Candidates willing to apply for the Job must fulfil following criteria:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide individuals or groups
3. Certification in Life Coaching, NLP, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
4. Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
5. Knowledge of stress management, goal setting, and personal development techniques
6. Experience in conducting workshops, webinars, or one-on-one coaching sessions
7. Good command over English (Knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam will be an added advantage)
8. Minimum 1 year of experience in coaching, counseling, or mentoring (preferred)

SALARY PACKAGE FOR LIFE COACH JOB

1. Rupees Ten Thousand to Fifteen Thousand (INR 10,000 to INR 15,000)
